SKORPION Return & Refund Policy

At SKORPION, we take pride in creating high-quality garments and delivering them as quickly and accurately as possible. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment because we want your experience with our brand to reflect the standards we set for ourselves.

That said, we understand that sometimes things happen. Whether it's a sizing issue, a damaged item, or an order that simply wasn't what you expected, we're committed to working with you to find a fair solution.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging when possible.
  • Item must be free from odors, stains, pet hair, alterations, or any signs of wear.

SKORPION reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Limited edition releases marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Return Process

  3. Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
  4. Ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Lost or Stolen Packages

SKORPION is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us. We will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
