SHIPPING POLICY

At SKORPION, we understand that when you place an order, you're excited to receive it. We work hard to process, package, and ship every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality standards that define our brand.

While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates and timely delivery, there may be circumstances outside of our control that can affect processing or transit times. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue building a premium experience for our community.


ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Business days do not include:

  • Weekends
  • Federal holidays
  • Carrier-observed holidays

During periods of high demand, collection launches, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


STANDARD SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service.

Domestic Orders (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 1-3 Business Days

International Orders

International shipping times vary by country and customs processing requirements.

Estimated delivery:

  • 7-21 Business Days

Please note that customs inspections and local postal services may extend delivery times beyond our estimated timeframe.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Certain SKORPION collections and limited releases may be offered as Pre-Order Products.

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products before production has been completed.

When purchasing a pre-order item:

Estimated Production & Shipping Time

  • Typically 4-6 weeks
  • In some cases, production may require additional time depending on:
    • Manufacturing schedules
    • Material availability
    • Quality control inspections
    • Global shipping conditions

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Although we always strive to meet our estimated shipping timelines, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays.

Examples include:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Manufacturing delays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Lost or delayed carrier scans
  • Labor shortages
  • Global transportation issues

We understand delays can be frustrating. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will do our best to provide updates whenever possible.

We ask for patience and understanding when situations arise that are outside of our direct control.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may occasionally experience delays.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee modifications after an order is placed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be refunded minus shipping costs.

SKORPION is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier.

If your package is:

Lost

Please contact the carrier first and then reach out to our support team.

Stolen

If tracking indicates the package was delivered but cannot be located, customers should file a claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged During Transit

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging
  • Photos of damaged item(s)

We will review each case individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • Brokerage fees

These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

SKORPION is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.


DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All shipping timelines displayed on our website are estimates only.

While we work diligently to meet these timeframes, actual delivery dates may vary based on circumstances beyond our control.

By placing an order with SKORPION, customers acknowledge and accept that shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
